I've purchased a subscription but it's not letting me access the content?
When the subscription page pops up next time please hit the Restore Purchases button underneath the subscription buttons.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any Apple subscription by going to:
iPhone settings > AppleID > Subscriptions > Select subscription > Cancel
Can I pause my subscription?
You cannot technically pause your subscription, but you can cancel it. If you want to come back you can re-subscribe via the app and as we save your progress, you can just pick up from where you left off.
Will I lose my progress if I cancel my subscription?
No, you will not lose your progress :) You can pick up from where you left off.
How do I request a refund?
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the 'Report' or 'Report a Problem' button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
If you can't request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com
If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information.
